Joseph J. 'JJ' Jason, 60
LACONIA — Joseph J. Jason, 60, of Lyford Street in Laconia, passed away at home on Aug. 26, 2015, after a long illness.
Joseph was the son of the late Ken and Nancy (Dunn) Jason of Cohassett, Mass. He lived in Quincy, Mass., before moving to Laconia with his family more than 20 years ago.
Joseph was a well known mechanic in the Laconia area for many years.
He leaves behind his children, Jessica Jason of Laconia, Joseph D. Jason of Laconia and Jacob Jason of Concord. He is also survived by his five grandchildren, Andre, Kayden, Ayla, Levi and Guliahna; and his former wife, Deborah O'Brien Jason of Gilford; and his dear friend, Jen Fielders.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2015, from 4 to 7 p.m., at Wilkinson-Beane-Simoneau-Paquette Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant St. Laconia.
