LACONIA — Lakes Region Public Access will close their Alfred Hitchcock festival with 'The 39 Steps,' Friday and Saturday, Aug. 28-29. The 1935 romantic crime thriller stars Robert Donat and Madeleine Carroll, and will air at 10 p.m. on LRPA TV.
