LACONIA — Central New Hampshire VNA & Hospice is offering seven-week bereavement support groups in Laconia and Wolfeboro during October and November.

The Laconia group will meet Thursdays and the Wolfeboro group will meet Tuesdays. Each group consists of a series of 1½ hour meetings held each week for seven weeks.

Support groups give people the opportunity to discuss and learn ways of coping with their loss, to gain the support of others in safe and caring ways, and to learn about the grief process. Although grief is a unique experience through which each person finds his or her own way, there are common threads we all share when going through grief.

The support groups are offered free of charge. To register for the group or for more information, call or email James Miller, Hospice Bereavement Coordinator to schedule an appointment. Phone: 603-524-8444 ext. 2390 (Laconia) / 603-569-2729 ext. 3256 (Wolfeboro) or email: JMiller@centralvna.org.
