LACONIA — Interim Healthcare of the Northeast recently achieved a coveted 5-Star Patient Satisfaction Survey Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services.
Interim Healthcare is a third generation family-owned and operated home healthcare and staffing company founded in 1979 in Manchester with six locations in NH, including Laconia.
“We are incredibly proud to receive this 5-Star rating from CMS,” said President of Interim Healthcare of the Northeast Mark Petersen. “This achievement is a direct reflection of the hard work and dedication of our team. Our staff goes above and beyond to provide the best care possible to our patients and their families. It’s an honor to be recognized for our efforts to make a difference in the lives of those we serve.”
The CMS Patient Satisfaction Survey, also known as the Home Health Care Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems, measures patient satisfaction across various aspects of home healthcare, including communication with healthcare providers, care coordination, and overall satisfaction. A 5-Star rating is the highest possible score, indicating that Interim Healthcare of the Northeast consistently meets and exceeds patient expectations.
