WOLFEBORO ― Granite VNA is offering “Dementia: Strategies for Care,” the second part of a Caregiver Conversation Series on Tuesday, Aug. 25, from 10 to 11 a.m. at Wolfeboro Public Library, at 259 S. Main St. in the Cynthia A. Beaver Room.
Caring for a loved one is meaningful — but it can also feel overwhelming. Join us for conversations intended especially for family caregivers who want practical tools, trusted information, and a supportive community. Each session focuses on real-life challenges caregivers face and provides strategies you can use right away led by experienced professionals. Whether one is new to caregiving or have been supporting a loved one for years, these conversations will help participants feel more confident, prepared, and connected. Take time this summer to strengthen one's skills, protect one's well-being, and connect with others who understand the caregiving journey.
Melissa Grenier, LCSW, Regional Manager of NH Alzheimer’s Association will discuss practical and positive strategies for navigating the challenges of dementia care.
Registration is required. Register at 603-224-4093, ext. 85664 or granitevna.org. This program is offered at no charge.
