LACONIA — In today's world of ever increasing technology it can be hard to keep up. If you operate a small business in or are contemplating starting or buying a small business you may have questions about QuickBooks Online. On Tuesday, November 11, SCORE Lakes Region will provide a workshop answering your QuickBooks questions. The workshop titled "QuickBooks Desktop & Online."

Charlene Smith, SCORE Mentor, owner of QB Support Services and Certified ProAdvisor, will share her expertise. Charlene is certified in QuickBooks Advanced, Enterprise, Point of Sale and Online. If you use QuickBooks and have questions, if you are setting up your business software or if you are in business and are thinking about converting to QuickBooks Online this is an opportunity for you;

Discussion topics during this session include;

• QuickBooks: is it right for you;

• Differences between Online and Desktop versions;

• What happens if you change from Desktop to Online?

• Differences in handling payroll.

Registration is required. Space is limited; only the first 12 paid registrations will be accepted. The workshop will be held from 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m. with registration and networking from 5-5:30 PM. The workshop will be held at the Lakes Region Chamber of Commerce Building, 383 South Main Street, Laconia. Doors open at 5 pm.
