Start the New Year off right with new destinations and old favorites in the Appalachian Mountain Teen Project’s Lakes Region Trail Guide. This handy, pocket-sized guide was researched and developed by local teens, staff, and volunteers. It offers complete trail descriptions of 21 short hikes (or snowshoe treks!) in the Lakes Region and a map.
The guide is available for $7 at Nordic Skier in Wolfeboro or you can pick it up at the AMTP Office at 85 Bay Street in Wolfeboro. For questions or more information, please call AMTP at 569-5510.
The Appalachian Mountain Teen Project is a non-profit organization that serves youth and families in Carroll and Belknap counties. The AMTP offers mentoring, adventure programs, community service and leadership experiences, professional development, and resource and referral information to parents.
