The Parks and Recreation Department is sponsoring an interactive parent/child swimming program for children ages 5 and under and their parent(s). This program will be held on Tuesday and Friday afternoons from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Gilford Town Beach and is restricted to Gilford residents only. The first session will run from July 1 – July 18 and the second session will run from July 22 – August 8.
Qualified beach staff will lead all participants through various activities to introduce the children to the joys of aquatic activity. Parents are required to participate with their child for the duration of the activity.
The cost is $25 for 3-week sessions, or $40 for the full 6-weeks.
