OSSIPEE — Effective April 1, Tri-County Community Action Program will be suspending Carroll County's Blue Loon midday route that operates between McDonald's in West Ossipee to Lakes Region General Hospital in Laconia. The route currently leaves West Ossipee at 9:30 a.m., arrives in Laconia at 11 a.m. and is back in West Ossipee at 1:20 p.m.
