Awakenings Espresso Cafe is hosting a used book sale through March 3 to benefit the Jenni Ann Harmon Memorial Scholarship Fund. The fund is a branch of the Lakes Region Scholarship Foundation which will provide scholarships for students entering the medical or paramedic fields.
Awakenings is now accepting literary and monetary donations to benefit the fund. If you would like to contribute books, drop them by Awakenings Espresso Cafe between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday through Thursday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday or call 524-1201 to arrange a time to pick them up. If you are interested in donating money, stop by and peruse the used book selection or make a check payable to Lakes Region Scholarship Foundation.
