CANTERBURY — This fall, Canterbury Shaker Village is hosting the X-C Competition, a series of three cross country races through Village trails and pastures. Enjoy running through the crisp fall air with spectacular foliage en route.

There will be two regular season races:

• Sunday, Oct. 3 at 10 a.m.

• Friday, Oct. 15 at 5 p.m.

The final Championship race will be held:

• Saturday, Oct. 23 at 10 a.m.

All races will take place at Canterbury Shaker Village and all profits will benefit Canterbury Shaker Village. There will be three distinct courses carved out of what once was a 3,000 acre piece of heaven (currently 694 acres). Sign up for one, two or all three races.

All races will be age/gender-graded. You may race, individually/unattached, or as a team member. You only need three to score. Team rosters will be unlimited.
