MOULTONBOROUGH — The Friends of the Moultonborough Community Center, the 501(3)(c) established to take donations and pledges for the proposed HUB Community, Activity and Aquatic Center, has put out a survey asking for feedback on The HUB project from Moultonborough residents, voters and taxpayers.

“We wanted to get a sense of how the community feels about the project now that the costs have been estimated, and get some overall feedback as the project moves forward,” says Kim Johnson, president of FOTMCC. “We hope everyone will take a moment to give us that feedback."

The professional estimator estimated the design, engineering and construction costs to be a little over $14.2 million with 7.5% built in for inflation. The ongoing costs, which are still being refined, were estimated to be about $270K annually. To take the survey, visit thehubmoultonborough.com. For a paper copy of the survey, email friendsofmborocc@gmail.com with your address and one will be mailed to you. The survey will close on Jan. 15.
