Lakes Region Scholarship Foundation received a generous check from Pleasant Street School students as part of an ongoing fundraising project to maintain an annual scholarship called the “Pleasant Street School Pride Award.” The PSS Scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from Laconia High School who attended Pleasant Street School and is pursuing a degree in education. Last year’s recipient was Noah Mousseau. Students raised the money during the Penny Drive as part of “Pride Week” at the school.
