LACONIA — Belknap Subaru recently announced it will sponsor the seventh annual Red, White & Brew craft beer and wine festival, becoming the event’s presenting sponsor. Through the “Subaru Share the Love” Event, the Belknap Subaru Team will help raise funds for the event, which benefits Veterans Count, a program of Easterseals NH that is dedicated to supporting service members, veterans, and their families.
“We are incredibly grateful for the continued support of Belknap Subaru,” said Chair of Lakes Region Veterans Count Cynthia Makris. “Their generosity and commitment to our veterans and their families is truly inspiring. This increased sponsorship will make a significant impact on the lives of those who have served our country.”
Red, White & Brew, scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 28, will be held at Funspot in Laconia. Now a Lakes Region tradition, the event features live music, local food, and a variety of local craft beers and wines. Proceeds from the festival benefit Easterseals NH’s Veterans Count programs and services, which include housing assistance, mental health support, and employment training. “Mark Johnstone and family and the dedicated team at Belknap Subaru are proud to support Veterans Count and the Red, White & Brew Festival,” said Mark Mallahan, general manager of Belknap Subaru. “Our Share the Love Campaign allows us to give back to the community and make a difference in the lives of our veterans.”
