RamaLisa brings intimate original chamber music to the Unitarian Universalist Church on Oct. 4

LACONIA — Following their upcoming appearance on the acclaimed Cold River Radio Show, the innovative duo RamaLisa will bring their unique blend of original chamber music to the Unitarian Universalist Church on Sunday, Oct. 4 at 4 p.m.

Featuring violinist Shelby Trevor and hurdy-gurdy artist Noelle Beaudin, RamaLisa creates music that lives comfortably between worlds — drawing on classical chamber music, folk traditions, mythology, nature, and even the occasional touch of metal and humor.

For this special concert, audiences will experience RamaLisa in an intimate setting, with a program devoted to their original compositions and arrangements. The concert offers a chance to hear the duo's richly layered sound up close: the singing strings of Trevor's violin alongside Beaudin's distinctive hurdy-gurdy, an ancient instrument reimagined as a contemporary voice.
