BRISTOL — Friends of Minot-Sleeper Library will raffle off a queen-size quilt in August, and it will be on view all summer at the library.
This quilt serves as a tribute to the 10th anniversary of the library expansion. Crafted over several months by community members under the guidance of Karen Monahan, a skilled local quilter, the quilt captures the essence of the library's summer reading theme: All Together Now.
The winner will be drawn during Bristol Old Home Day on Saturday, Aug. 26. Raffle proceeds benefit the Friends of Minot-Sleeper Library.
