MEREDITH — Lakes Center for the Arts and the Meredith Public Library will host the upcoming Meet the Artists 2025 series. These events are planned to inspire, educate and nurture the arts and connect the community through presentations, workshops and exhibits. All events are free and open to the public.
Lakes Center for the Arts, a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization, will feature five varied programs and workshops. Each presentation is designed to offer a compelling experience for those who attend.
The third workshop in the Meet the Artists Series will be held on Saturday, June 7, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Pia Louise Capaldi, an internationally recognized intuitive medium and artist, will present. She has dedicated her life to guiding others toward self-fulfillment and discovery of her intuitive language.
Capaldi will share her gift of synesthesia and work with different mediums to help participants discover their intuitive language. Those with synesthesia may experience colors when listening to music, see shapes when smelling certain scents or perceive tastes when looking at words.
The Gallery at MPL will feature samples of her work through Thursday, June 26.
