BELMONT — At Home Energy Products, we believe that supporting those who have served our country is one of the most meaningful ways we can give back to our community. Over the past eight years, we have been proud to partner with our local VFW by providing HVAC equipment and installation services at either heavily discounted rates or completely free of charge.
Our contributions include:
2018: Installed three Mitsubishi single-zone mini-split systems at low cost.
2021: Installed four additional Mitsubishi single-zone mini-split systems at low cost.
2025: Donated and installed a new hot water heater at no cost to the VFW.
2026: Donated and installed a multi-zone Mitsubishi heat pump system at no cost.
Over the past eight years, these projects have included the installation of nine Mitsubishi mini-split indoor units across multiple systems and one hot water heater, helping improve the comfort, efficiency, and functionality of the VFW facility while reducing costs for the organization.
The 2026 project was especially meaningful because it was made possible through the generosity and collaboration of several outstanding community partners. With the support of our distributor, Ferguson, and funding through the Mitsubishi CARES Program, Home Energy Products was able to donate the Mitsubishi heat pump system to the local VFW. The electrical work for the installation was expertly completed by Northeast Electrical Solutions, while the installation costs were generously covered through a contribution from Grover Gaming.
This collaborative effort brought together local businesses and industry partners with a shared goal of supporting the veterans who have given so much to our country. By working together, we were able to provide a modern, energy-efficient heating and cooling solution that will benefit the VFW and its members for years to come.
The VFW serves as an important gathering place for veterans, their families, and the community. We are honored to play a small role in helping maintain a comfortable, welcoming space where veterans can gather, host events, and continue serving the community.
