GILFORD — We spend a third of our lives sleeping. But why? We sleep because sleep is essential for our health. On Tuesday, April 26 at 10 a.m., the Gilford Public Library invites you to attend a talk on Sleep Strategies with Awakenings Chiropractic. This class is focused on understanding the importance of both the quality and quantity of our sleep and how it affects our current and future health. We will also discuss different strategies to use to help improve your sleep.
Later in the afternoon, join the library in our popular series of live interactive walking tours of historic cities. This month, we’re headed to Dublin, Ireland. On this private walking tour, we will be visiting some of the most famous landmarks and buildings in Ancient Dublin including St. Patrick’s Cathedral, Marsh’s Library, Christchurch Cathedral and Dublin Castle to name a few! The tour will be hosted again by Discover Live tours and will start at noon on Tuesday, April 26.
