MEREDITH — The League of NH Craftsmen – Meredith Fine Craft Gallery will host a felted birch landscape class with juried artist Hannah Gage on Wednesday, Aug. 27, from 2-4 p.m.

In this beginner-friendly class, Gage will guide students through the process of creating a small (approximately 4x6 inch), simple, birch tree scene using needle felting techniques. The focus will be on layering wool to create clean lines and natural texture, capturing the distinctive look of birch trunks and forest elements.

All materials, including wool and felting tools, will be provided for use during the workshop. Students will complete a finished felted piece that can be framed later. No prior experience is necessary — just an interest in learning a new fiber art technique. Students should bring water, and a snack if desired.

Registration is required by Sunday, Aug. 24. For more information, visit meredith.nhcrafts.org/classes.
