MOULTONBOROUGH — Castle in the Clouds will begin its 2025 season Saturday, May 24. For the first time in several years, Lucknow Mansion tours will be available seven days per week through Sunday, Oct. 19.
“We are so excited that we’ve been able to return to daily operations this season,” said Castle Preservation Society Executive Director Charles Clark. “As we prepare to open our doors for the first time since the Lucknow Estate was named a National Historic Landmark, we are especially excited about everything we have to offer the community this season.”
This year, visitors can look forward to several new opportunities onsite. Throughout the season, a rotating display of hand-made furniture will be on display in the Carriage House lobby. This exhibition, developed in partnership with the New Hampshire Furniture Masters, will encourage visitors to compare the hand-crafted furniture throughout Lucknow Mansion with modern examples of fine furniture making.
A number of new programs will also debut throughout the season, in addition to returning favorites like the Community Arts Festival on Saturday, June 21, and the Castle Car Show on Saturday, Oct. 4. The full calendar of public programs and events is available at castleintheclouds.org/
calendar-of-events.
The Carriage House Restaurant will offer lunch service every day Castle in the Clouds is open, and music nights on the terrace will begin the first week of June.
“Castle in the Clouds is not just a destination, it is an experience,” said Clark. “We look forward to welcoming visitors for a season filled with unforgettable memories.”
