MEREDITH ― Mark your calendar for the first 2026 Friends of the Meredith Library book sales on Thursday, Feb. 12 and Friday, Feb. 13, 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m., and Saturday, Feb 14, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Passionate crafters have donated an assortment of gently used crafting supplies that will be combined with the offering of new and gently used books sorted by category for browsing convenience.
Additional parking (handicapped accessible), is located at the back of the library off High Street.
There is no admission to the book/craft sale but financial donations are appreciated. All proceeds go right back to the library ― providing funds for children and adult reading programs, the after-school teen program, summer reading, visits by Stella the Miniature Horse, and the list goes on.
Become a new member of the Friends and receive an attractive canvas book bag which in turn can be filled with books (one time), free of charge!
Book dealers are welcome and scanners are permitted. Book donations will be accepted until Feb. 7 and then again after the sale.
The mission of the Friends is to promote library involvement in the community and community involvement in the library. Visit meredithlibrary.org or call 603-279-4303.
