MEREDITH — The Annual Mae Hart Thanksgiving Dinner will take place once again on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 26, at the Meredith Community Center, thanks to the generosity of Hart’s Turkey Farm Restaurant and Meredith Parks and Recreation Department.
This special meal is a long-time tradition thanks to the generosity of Mae Hart, the Hart family matriarch, who promoted community spirit and believed no one should eat alone on Thanksgiving Day. The Hart family has continued her tradition since 1988.
Hart’s Turkey Farm Restaurant has partnered with the Meredith Parks and Recreation Department for many years to provide this wonderful meal and they are very excited to offer a dine-in meal for anyone in need at the Meredith Community Center, as well as deliveries for those in Meredith, Center Harbor, or New Hampton who are homebound and unable to come to the center.

The deadline for signing up is Nov. 18.
The meal will take place at the Meredith Community Center starting at noon with doors opening at 11:30Â a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 26. The meal delivery will be made between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
