MEREDITH — The Loft at Hermit Woods presents an enchanting evening of lyrical, swinging, bluesy and panoramic music on Thursday, Aug. 3.
Back by popular demand, The Loft welcomes Rich Greenblatt, a vibes player, and his quintet, a group of exceptionally talented musicians that includes Mark Shilansky on piano, Greg Toro on bass, Mike Connors on drums and Jason Anick on violin.
Drawing inspiration from jazz legends and 20th-century orchestral composers, this quintet promises to take you on a mesmerizing musical journey. With the addition of Jason Anick as a special guest, they'll dive into the captivating world of Django Reinhardt and the magic of Gypsy Jazz.
Arrive between 5:30 and 6 p.m. for a complimentary wine tasting featuring Hermit Woods' wines. The doors open at 6 p.m.
