LACONIA — Irwin Hyundai earned a spot on the list of top U.S. Hyundai dealerships in the region for their customer service and customer satisfaction in the second quarter in 2020. Rankings were awarded by Hyundai Motor America based on the Hyundai Service Index, derived from surveys of customers who recently had vehicle service performed at dealerships nationwide.
“We are proud of the service department at Irwin Hyundai and its commitment to their customers," said Chris Irwin, vice president of Irwin Automotive Group. "Customer satisfaction is very important, we cannot build our reputation without the support of our customers. Receiving first-rate treatment throughout the life of their Hyundai vehicle is what our customers expect."
Chris Irwin attributes Irwin Hyundai's success to a hands-on approach. The dealership is know for trying to go beyond what most dealers do.
