MEREDITH — The Greater Meredith Program will continue its commitment to enhancing the economic vitality, preserving the historical and cultural heritage, and beautifying the Town of Meredith through its Facade & Site Improvement Grant Program.

The program is designed to support local property owners, businesses, and organizations who are dedicated to investing in the community. Grants of up to $6,000 are available to assist with exterior building and site improvements that are visible from the street and reflect the Design Committee’s guidelines for community character.

Over the years, this initiative has helped transform many prominent locations around Meredith. Past recipients include: Phu Jee’s Restaurant; The Ledge; Harbor Hill Campground Entrance; Meredith Grange exterior & landscaping; The Fuller Building; signage for Patricia’s; and Interlakes High School tree planting.

“Each project represents an investment not only in a single property but in the character, beauty, and vitality of Meredith as a whole,” said Vice President of the Greater Meredith Program Wendell Rizzo. “We encourage local business and property owners to apply and take advantage of this opportunity to bring visible improvements to our town.”
