Let's stop calling Washington, D.C., a swamp, it gives swamps a bad name.  Swamps are a natural necessary part of our ecology. Washington, D.C., is an open cesspit, populated by human effluvium. 

And one more thing, where did they find the developer for this State School fiasco that is coming? Couldn’t they find somebody else? What will be the excuse for major delays six years down the road? One thing we are good at in this country is assessing blame on others.
