Marc Abear: Why is America slow to support our ally Israel?

It appears Israel has neutralized most of the Hamas threat. Israel’s operation against Hezbollah too is becoming successful in securing the safety of the people of their nation. The losses inflicted, the terrorists removed from the battlefield, make the Western world safer.

Why does the Harris-Biden administration keep trying to stop Israel? Why do we not want them to take out our common enemies? Our enemies want the violent overthrow of all free, liberal nations. Does the Harris-Biden administration not oppose that aim?

Hamas and Hezbollah are just two terror organizations from which Israel has faced assaults in the last year. Israel has responded swiftly, attempting to establish deterrence. Their strikes have had tactical precision and have recognized the unlikely possibility of innocent civilian casualties.

The leadership of progressive Western nations has mostly condemned Israel for preventing its violent demise. Israeli “allies” have been inexplicably slow walking military aid. The Harris-Biden administration has repeatedly told Israel not to respond to direct attack by Iran in April.

Why hasn’t America responded with support for our only ally in the region? Iran and its proxies have long targeted the United States as well as Israel. Still the Harris-Biden administration treats degrading Iran and its proxies’ military capacity as a bad thing.

Have we forgotten, from the time of the Islamic revolution in Iran until 9/11, Hezbollah murdered more Americans than any other terror organization? They are referred to by many as the “A-Team” of terror. Hezbollah is ahead of even the Islamic State with respect to Americans slaughtered.

What do Iran, Hamas, Hezbollah, ISIS and the Houthis have in common? They are part of the political, military organization called Islam. This group is working for one world government. It refuses to respect or tolerate any other form of government.
