To The Daily Sun,
On New Hampshire Public Radio, I hear of the next challenging goals of medical researchers. I hear reporters' researched findings on various topics, presented so succinctly and with such detail that I listen and hope to remember. I keep in touch with my daughters about their life-work. One is a Ph.D. ecologist who worked for the U.S. Geological Survey (until fired as part of Elon Musk's "work"). One is a dedicated union organizer. Seriously taken work I describe here.
Then I hear of Secretary of State Marco Rubio's serious work, trying to repair, for one damage, the needling of the Pope by President Trump. I hear of jammed-up Strait of Hormuz transports and our military's work there due to President Trump's "let's see what happens" war. Other jobs that take adults' full energies and mental powers are serious jobs. President Trump's job as our president, by comparison, seems not to be a serious job.
