Here comes 2024, and the Donald Trump sycophants are kicking and screaming at the truth once again. Answering a recent writer, Trump has been used by dictators Vladimir Putin and Kim Jong Un, and despised by Western allies. There was indeed an insurrection, more than just broken windows, as many policemen were savagely beaten, marauding Trump thugs invaded the Capitol looking to hang Mike Pence and to punish Nancy Pelosi, all while Trump sat in the White House watching TV, eating his ketchup sandwiches, and hoping his supporters would help seize power for him. Only when the power grab was doomed to fail did he call off the dogs.
Tucker Carlson was fired because of his part in Fox being fined $786 million for lying about Dominion. Trump is looking for a second term, not a third term, and it is not just liberals who are seeking to deny him. Many good Republicans oppose him, and his "my generals" deserted him when they realized his dictatorial aims, and saw his danger to democracy. As for Trump respecting the military, I wish we could ask John McCain.
Republicans like Mitt Romney, Liz Cheney or Adam Kinzinger would make a good president. The latter has pointed to Trump stinking in more than one way, in a rather graphic and distasteful way. A more simple way to put it is that Trump suffers from the six P's "he Pongs like a Pot of Pits, Pads, Pee and Poop." Maybe when Trump inspected the troops at Windsor Castle, the reason the queen lagged behind him was to keep her distance.
A recent wit said that when Trump is at trial, the judge should look at Trump, bang his gavel, and say "Odor in the court."
