To The Daily Sun,
Did anyone notice how the recent short-lived prime minister of the UK was let down by her faithful adherence to Ronald Reagan's voodoo economics? Do you note how the Republican right wing has no use for anyone who believes insufficiently in tax cuts above any consideration of public policy? And lately it's not enough that they want to stand in the way of anything that would help and support the other 99%, but they also want to stand between a woman and her doctor, between a teacher and his student. They don't really want less government, they want more of their kind of autocratic, dictatorial government.
In Loudon and Canterbury, we have the opportunity to vote for caring and respectful candidates who believe in democracy. Please vote Nov. 8 for Ruth Heath, Ellen Scarponi, David Nesbitt and Christine Tappan.Â
