To The Daily Sun,
I’m confused. When I read the Oct. 26 letter to the editor in The Laconia Daily Sun from the Republican candidate for state rep in Belknap District 1, the candidate stated he wanted “to clear the air regarding the negative and false campaign about me” and offered that he is “not an extremist radical Free Stater,” and this is the cause of my confusion. I’m positive he would not deny his close association with the Free Staters and surely he would admit that he has willingly and actively been engaging with and recruited for both the Free State Project and Annual PorcFest Freedom Festival. Are Free Staters now too extremely radical for him now? As I said, I’m confused.
