To The Daily Sun,

Having experienced the reincarnation of Meredith firsthand under the guidance of a local wizard, I could only dream that Laconia would someday find its own magic. I’d have no way of knowing it would come through a childhood connection.

In a few words, it’s impossible to express how much it means to me to see Lakeport come alive like Meredith. It’s a dream come true. I realize it still takes a village, but communities need just one spark to light a fire of hope. We’ve seen that with Warren Bailey and the Children’s Auction; Rusty McLear with Meredith and the Inns at Mill Falls; and now Scott Everett, a native whose soul runs deep into his family roots.

Thank you all for not just lighting up our communities at the holidays, but through the year. Your imagination becomes the gift that keeps on giving.
