Bruce Jenket: Democrats or Democrat supporters aren't investigated by FBI

What is lawfare? Simply put, it is the unequal application of justice. It’s practiced by every despotic government in the world by having a legal system that prosecutes political enemies and protects party officials. We are there now. Former president Donald Trump has been charged with 91 indictments based on novel legal gymnastics while crimes by Democrats go unprosecuted.

Here are cases the FBI investigated but decided not to indict: Hillary Clinton’s and President Joe Biden’s mishandled classified document. Hillary Clinton’s obstruction of justice for destroying her unsecure server and phones. The Clinton foundation for collecting hundreds of millions from foreign adversaries. President Biden’s involvement in the family business despite overwhelming evidence presented by whistleblowers and numerous oversight committee reports. In addition, the FBI attempted to negotiate a plea deal for Hunter that almost succeeded. Special Counsel Weiss has still not added the Foreign Agent Registration Act violation charges. The “Clinton Plan” detailed in the Durham report that initiated the Russia collusion hoax.

Other allegations the FBI didn’t even investigate were the pedophiles visiting Epstein’s Island for sex with minors. Tara Reade’s allegation she was digitally penetrated by Joe Biden. Organizers of the Black Live Matter/Antifa riots in 2020 and now the antisemitic protesters on college campuses. Drug overdose deaths exceeded 100,000 in 2021 and they can’t “find” the kingpins. Or the 51 intelligence officials claiming Hunter’s laptop was Russian misinformation. The list goes on.

What is the common thread? All involved Democrats or Democrat supporters. The mainstream media backed the FBI’s and DOJ’s failure to prosecute the above by underplaying their significance or censoring the evidence all together. Equal justice under the law has collapsed and has been normalized by MSNBC, CNN, ABC, CBS, NBC, NPR, etc. Have we become another despotic nation?
