LACONIA — A felony sexual assault charge involving a minor is among the indictments recently issued by the Belknap County grand jury.

Richard N. Bowden, 49, of 252 Daniel Webster Highway, #2, in Belmont, was indicted for engaging in a pattern of aggravated sexual assault involving a girl under the age of 16. The assaults are alleged to have occured between January 2010 and June 2010.

Joshua G. Pike, 31, of 330 Old Lakeshore Road, in Gilford was indicted on a variety of charges that allegedly occurred in late 2016 and early 2017. He was indicted for robbery for allegedly forcibly taking various possessions from the occupants of a downtown Laconia apartment. In addition he was indicted on two counts of being an armed career criminal, two counts of being a felon in possession of a deadly weapon (a handgun), two counts of second-degree assault, and one count of criminal threatening with a deadly weapon (a handgun).

Kathy L. Canfield, 57, of 48 Glen Ridge Road, in Belmont, was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking. The indictment alleges she stole more than $1,500 in merchandise from a Tilton department store.

Janell Dubreuil, 31, of 32 Brown Hill Road, in Belmont, was indicted for theft by unauthorized taking (third offense).

Virakone Havonglasan, 39, of 19 Riverside Ave., in Lowell, Massachusetts, was indicted for falsifying evidence. The indictment alleges Havonglasan swallowed heroin that was being sought in a drug investigation.

Francesco Powers-Collins, 27, of 252 Laurel St., Apt. 3, Manchester, was indicted for operating a motor vehicle after being deemed an habitual offender.

Dawn S. Russo, 42, of 517 Shackford Corner Road, in Center Barnstead, was indicted for attempted first-degree assault. The indictment alleges that Russo grabbed the steering wheel of a pickup truck, being driven by someone else, in an effort to strike two police officers. Russo was also indicted for reckless conduct with a deadly weapon in connection with the same incident.

Heidi Lyn Holt, 35, of 24 West High St., in Franklin, was indicted for burglary.

William Lee, 40, of 32 South St., #2, in Concord, was indicted on two counts of burglary.

John P. McCarthy, 34, a transient, was indicted for robbery. The indictment alleges McCarthy robbed the Smokers Haven store in Laconia on Jan. 21, when he shoved a store employee and grabbed the cash drawer and fled the store.

Daniel Muniz, 28, of 7 Sullivan Ave., in Lawrence, Massachusetts, was indicted for second-degree assault. The indictment alleges that Muniz struck another man with his motor vehicle last May in New Hampton, causing the victim significant internal injuries and the loss of a leg. Muniz was also indicted for reckless conduct with a deadly weapon in connection with the same incident.

Kevin W. Nelson, 40, of 672 Union Road, in Belmont, was indicted for aggravated harassment of a correctional employee for allegedly spitting at a corrections officer at the Belknap County Jail where Nelson was being held as a prisoner.

Kyseem T. Hawkins, 22, and Charles R. Gibbs, 24, both of Philadelphia, were indicted for identity fraud — Hawkins on three counts and Gibbs on two. The indictments allege they used personal identifying information belonging to other people. Both men were arrested together on Jan. 11 outside the Lowe’s home improvement store in Tilton.
