The newest property in the Lakes Region Community Developers portfolio is an apartment building on Bay Street. Its completion was celebrated on Friday morning. The property represents a partnership between LRCD and Lakes Region Mental Health Center, and will provide housing and case management for people either experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Developers are waiting for an occupancy permit before they can move in the building's first residents.Â
