MEREDITH — The League of NH Craftsmen - Meredith Fine Craft Gallery has two upcoming classes: Earrings in a Day on Saturday, June 28 and Simply Country Basket on Sunday, June 29.Â
At Earrings in a Day, students will use wire, and learn to create French ear wires, dangles, hoops, and much more. Making earrings can be easily done using a few hand tools and a little imagination. Wire, and some sheet metal, plus beads will all be used. Silver-plated, sterling, gold-filled and copper wires will all be used. Registration is required by Monday, June 23.Â
At Simply Country Basket, students will spend a day mastering the art of basketry. They will make a simplistic design with country charm that remains strong and sturdy. Perfect for gathering fruit or sitting on the table as a decorative piece, this basket will fit any home décor. The strength of this basket is in the solid wood base. Registration is required by Wednesday, June 25.Â
