PLYMOUTH — Plymouth Regional High School will host the fourth annual Highs & Lows Tour, a one-day cycling event dedicated to raising funds and awareness for mental health, suicide prevention and National Alliance for Mental Health on Saturday, Aug. 9.

The day begins with a breakfast for riders starting at 7 a.m. Grand Marshall Debbie Underwood will start the race at 8:30 a.m.

The day continues with a community celebration from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. featuring live music, food, raffles, games, and local organizations coming together to support mental health.
