CONCORD — Granite VNA is offering an online caregiver support group on Thursday, June 22, at 10 a.m. This program takes place on the fourth Thursday of each month.
Caregiver Connection is an opportunity for family caregivers to support one another and connect with staff.
Registration is required by calling 603-224-4093, ext. 85815 or visit granitevna.org/onlineprograms. Once registration is confirmed, a link to the program will be received. Technical instruction is available.
