GILFORD ― It’s that time of year where you get to enjoy all the pleasures of reading new and old books, while earning a little something extra for your efforts. Join us at the Gilford Public Library on Wednesday, June 24, at 4 p.m. for the “Summer Reading Kickoff.”
There will be a large bounce house for the kids and refreshing icies from the Kona Ice Truck to enjoy. You’ll also be able to sign up for the program and get your first look at the new and improved program structure, a faux passport with a reading log, activities to do, and prizes to earn.
