MOULTONBOROUGH ― Since its founding in 1950, the primary charitable focus of the Moultonborough Women’s Club has been to provide scholarships to deserving Moultonborough students of all ages. The club has awarded over $237,000 in scholarships over the years so students can further their education and expand their horizons through the power of learning.

At Moultonborough’s annual Awards Night at the Geneva Point Center, scholarship committee Co-Chairs Susan LaFlamme and Lori Babine represented the MWC and gave six scholarships to graduating Moultonborough Academy seniors totaling $15,000. The Gassman family provided a seventh scholarship through the MWC for a student who would be pursuing a degree in STEM studies.
