GILFORD — Gilford Public Library will host the program “Sleep Strategies” on Tuesday, October. 28, at 10:45 a.m. with Dr. Amanda Lajoie from Awakening Chiropractic. 

Even with the perfect lighting, pillow and bedding, getting a good night’s sleep isn’t a sure thing. The program is for those who find themselves tossing and turning at night. 

Lajoie will discuss how important quality sleep is for everybody, and techniques for combatting all the things that tend to get in the way.
