ALTON BAY — Alton Business Association will host the Alton Winter Carnival on Sunday, Feb. 16, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in Alton Bay.
Featured events include : Chowder-fest, prince/princess parade, crazy hat contest, horse sleigh rides, seaplane rides, raffles, kids crafts, vendor tables both on and off the ice, caricature artist Erica Colter, a scavenger hunt and face painting.
