BRISTOL — The Tapply-Thompson Community Center is grateful to community partners and the recent grants they have been awarded.

The center received funding for the Youth Support Program with a three-year, $30,000 grant from the Couch Family Foundation, helping offer new programs.

They have also received support from the Dobles Foundation, Granite United Way and NH Speedway Charities for the Youth Support Program, helping to grow to over 75 offerings.

The Every Child is Ours Program has received significant support from Speare Memorial Hospital, the Granite United Way and the Lakes Region Children’s Auction. The camp and Afterschool Assistance Program have received grants from the Oleonda Jameson Trust and the Getz Charitable Trust through Citizens, N.A. The Lane and Elizabeth C. Dwinell Charitable Trust, as part of Bank of America, has once again granted operating support.

The Granite United Way is supporting Operation Warm, which provides warm winter gear for those in need.
