Opechee Construction Corporation of Belmont, has been awarded the contract to design and construct the 27,300-square-foot, two-story Center for Life Management office building. The building will be located on Tsienetto Road in Derry. Groundbreaking was Sept. 29, completion is scheduled for the fall of 2007.
The firm recently completed the design and construction of two 3-story residence halls at Southern New Hampshire University's main campus in Manchester/Hooksett. The identical buildings, Hampton Hall and Windsor Hall, are each over 43,000 square feet and have the capacity to house 130 students each.
