Bellfonte, Pa. — On Tuesday, Aug. 19, around 7 a.m., ICE agents, with the assistance of a Pennsylvania state trooper, pulled over and arrested workers on Interstate 99 in Bellefonte who were driving to work — a construction site at Mount Nittany Hospital.
