Virginia Nadaud: An apology to city Mayor Mike Bordes from this writer

To The Daily Sun, 

This writer has learned not to opine with a pen-based letter to the editor on a Laconia Daily Sun photograph showing the 2026 Memorial Day service for our USA veterans. 

This senior citizen apologizes for jumping to conclusions without knowing the true facts. 

This obviously ill-informed, possibly fuzzy thinking senior citizen just assumed Mayor Mike Bordes was a part of the planned ceremony. Once again, apologies for commenting not realizing the reality. 

So hopefully Mayor Bordes will accept the apology of this senior citizen for commenting on his "attire" and for bringing his dog. 

Just a note, this senior had her own when she was a child, it did stay at home during certain events. So probably part of the incorrect assumption. So sorry.
