To The Daily Sun,
In the past few days, I read two letters suggesting that The Laconia Sun change their “policy.” Letters to the editor are written by “real people” not journalists and they are under the category of Opinion. People who don’t like the cartoons or the letters to the editor are welcome to skip them and stick to the news. I commend The Laconia Daily Sun for publishing letters and editorials with opposing opinions — that is what freedom is all about and very often the opposing views are printed side by side. Keep up the good work, Julie Hirshan Hart.
