To The Daily Sun,
Just saw the letter from Ms. Heidi Williams of Gilford regarding the United States Postal Service's failure at mail delivery. I live in Penacook, and experience the same thing. Every Wednesday we have a substitute, 99% of the time they drive right by our box even when the flag is up because we have outgoing mail. We also get others' mail because all they look at is the street #110, and since there are two other towns surrounding us that have the same number, but a very different street name, we get their mail. I have literally chased them down and handed the mail back to the carrier. Most times I get nothing in response from them or a grunt as a response. I often wonder who gets our mail when it hasn't arrived. And no sense in calling the USPS, 'cause they could care less.
