Though I do not reside in Ward 3, I am writing to express my confidence in and support of Karin Salome for the Laconia School Board.
I have known Karin for over 40 years and believe that she will bring the same integrity, common sense, compassion and leadership ability to her role as a school board member that she brought to her profession as a registered nurse for almost 50 years.
Her willingness to serve during these difficult and contentious times is not surprising. Karin is someone who brings people together, who looks at situations from all points of view and is the kindest and most generous person I know. If you live in Ward 3 and want a school board member who will represent you responsibly and ethically, please vote for Karin on Tuesday, Nov. 8.
